We have a very fair pricing strategy for our sales, and it is to maximize profitability for everyone. You WON'T be overcharged. It would be a very rare situation for us to need anything up front. And, we are very transparent about the proceeds.
Our standard pricing is 60/40 in your favor. It can go up or down depending on the items and workload. And, yes! Sometimes it is even less that 40% commission.
We are a proud women-owned business. We are empathetic to the emotional aspect that sometimes comes in to play. Of course it is hard to see it all go... along with the memories. We value your life, what you have collected, and the stories attached to each item. We have the brawn to do the heavy lifting, and we have the ability to move stuff out at the end of the sale. We want you to feel confident and comfortable.
You will receive the extensive experience and knowledge we have gained in our careers. Marketing, Interior Design, Staging, Pricing, Reselling, Online Sales, Graphic Design (you just never know)... and we have an intense work ethic to go along with it.
